How do I order?
We are happy to accept orders by e-mail or
telephone.
How do I pay?
Payments are normally conducted through
PayPal. However, payment can be made by credit card, debit card or
cheque over the telephone.
What Mount Board do you
use?
We use Arqadia and Bainbridge mountboard
which has a white core as our normal board. It is of
conservation standard. It is 1.4mm thick.
What is Backing Board?
Backing Board is
used for backing the artwork or image to give it additional
support. We use our mount board as the backing.
How long is delivery time?
Delivery can take up to 5 working days.
However we have found that 2 to 4 days is the normal time.
What size do I need?
All our mounts have an aperture that is 3mm
smaller all the way round than your image.
Do prices include VAT and
carriage?
We are not VAT registered, so you do not pay
VAT. Prices do not include carriage.
