Delivery
We aim to despatch all prints or coaster orders within 2 working days of receiving your order.  If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay, we will advise you of this and you will then have the right to cancel your order.  However, if you have a deadline, please advise us at the time of order.

Returns
Merlin Framers are happy to provide a full refund or replacement if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us.  Simply return the item to us within 28 days, unused and in its original packaging and with the original paperwork.  This does not effect your statutory rights.  On receipt of the returned item we will credit you with a refund, excluding any post and packaging charges that were incurred on the original order, unless the items were received damaged or faulty when we will refund the cost of the return postage as well.

Pricing
All prices quoted on Merlin Framers website exclude postage and package.  We are not registered for VAT so it is not payable nor can you reclaim the VAT.

Customer Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers.  We will not pass on or sell our customers details to anyone else (in accordance with the Data Protection Act)
